Dublin, Ohio - Intersport Racing and Very Berry Exotics have agreed to extend their partnership of the team's activity in the American Le Mans Series and the 24 Hours of Le Mans for the 2006 season. The Denver-based company will be the primary sponsor of Intersport's Lola B05/40-AER for the full season.

"We are thrilled that Very Berry Exotics will continue to partner with us in our efforts in the American Le Mans Series and at Le Mans," said Clint Field, owner of Intersport Racing. "We had tremendous success together last year and expect that to continue for the coming season."

Very Berry Exotics specializes in the sale and collection of high-performance, exotic sports cars. Company owner Richard Berry founded Very Berry Exotics in 2004 and is himself an amateur racer.

"Things have worked out very well so far with everyone at Intersport. We all have great chemistry together" Berry said. "It's great to be involved with such a prestigious series like the American Le Mans Series. I hold the Series, the Panoz family and everyone associated with the Series in very high regard."

Intersport Racing is the defending LMP2 class champion in the American Le Mans Series and won the P2 class at the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2004. Driver Clint Field is the Series' reigning drivers champion in class, following father Jon who won in 2002. The Fields and Liz Halliday will pilot their No. 37 Lola at the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring to start the 2006 American Le Mans Series. The same trio also will drive at Le Mans.

"This is a great springboard for the start of the season," Clint Field said. "We will do all we can to defend our championship, and Very Berry Exotics will be with us every step of the way."

The American Le Mans Series begins its 2006 season with the 54th annual Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring. The 12-hour endurance classic is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. EST on March 18 at Sebring International Raceway. It will be televised live on SPEED Channel in North America and MotorsTV in Europe. In addition, Greenlight-Television will distribute the race worldwide to more than 510 million households. American Le Mans Series Radio will have flag-to-flag coverage available at www.americanlemans.com, along with IMSA Live Timing & Scoring.
